LIC PRO ENERGIE ET GENIE CLIMATIQUE OPT GESTIONNAIRE ENERGIE

Objectifs

On graduation, students should have proven skill in the proposed technological field and a broader capability base than that acquired during earlier training.
In particular, they should be capable of:
- managing technical facilities and skilled personnel,
- choosing or assessing production or energy distribution systems,
- organizing technical optimization and quality processes,
- participating in drafting specifications and launching contracts,
- understanding financial alternatives
- monitoring work and accepting installations



Métiers visés

Graduates can occupy jobs (level II) in:
- Industrial companies or services
- Estate management institutions
- Local community service engineering
- Heating and cooling equipment manufacturing
They can also be:
- Industrial energy and fluids manager
- Supervisor
- Assistant Engineer
- Project Manager for Research Consultants
- Flux Economy Technical Manager
- Energy consultant

Admission


Initial training
This course is open to students from scientific and technical backgrounds, holders of the following qualifications:
- DUT (GTE (Energy and Heat engineering, GIM (Industrial Maintenance engineering), Civil engineering, Process engineering, Physical measurements, etc.))
- BTS (Energy options B and C, Electrical engineering, CIRA (Process control and Automatic Regulation engineering, etc.))
- L2 Scientific (DEUG), DEUST pre-graduate university degree:
- DUT L2 (DEUG - General University Degree), DEUST (Technical and Scientific University Degree - SM (Material science), STI (Science and Technology), etc.) 

Continuous training:
The training is open to technicians with a Bac + 2 level qualification having passed professional exams or by validation of acquired experience in the energy physics field (or electricity and maintenance). (Contact REVA office: 02 97 87 11 30).
A further qualification can be acquired leading to a diploma or updating in a specific field (this does not apply to all teaching units).

Contenu

18 study weeks - 15 weeks of work experience.

Teaching is carried out by:

- external representatives from the private sector (company or local government managers)
- teachers from the IUT in Lorient
- teachers from the Lycée St. Joseph in Lorient

Teaching Unit 1 - Training to bring everyone up to the same standard - 50 hours

Teaching Unit 2 - Communication - 50 hours
- General training, computer science, English

Teaching Unit 3 - Law - Economics - Management: 60 hours
- Accounting - Management - Team leadership

Teaching Unit 4  - Energy - Environment: 80 hours
- Renewable energy sources, fossil fuels and nuclear power
- Storage, transformation, environmental impact and energy market

Teaching Unit 5 - Use of energy - 80 hours
- Thermal environment of envelopes
- Industrial processes - Regulation and Safety control

Teaching Unit 6 - Energy management - 80 hours
- Performance of buildings - Industrial process audit
- Design and control of installations
- Technical/Economic optimization

Teaching Unit 7 - Tutored project - 140 hours
- Consideration of a personal professional project
- Preparation of the work experience subject (Bibliography, requirement analysis, diagnosis) in consultation with other students working on a similar subject.

Teaching Unit 8 - Work experience - 15 weeks
- Professional activity supervised by the company training manager and a university tutor.
